The park is open every day from March 29 to November 11, 2025, including public holidays (Easter, May 1st, July 14th, etc.).

🧾 How do I book a group or school visit?
Are you visiting with a group (school, youth center, association…)?

📌 Reservations are not mandatory, but we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure the best possible welcome.
✅ Once you receive our quote, simply reply by email with “Bon pour accord” (agreement) to confirm your booking. -

This offer is only available within France and limited to educational or school-related organizations

🚐 Can we come with a motorhome or camper van?
Yes, motorhomes are welcome during the park’s opening hours.
🅿️ Free parking is available while you visit.
❌ Overnight parking is not permitted.
🛏️ Several motorhome areas are available nearby. -
⏱️ How long does the visit take?
The visit lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, including a feeding session.
But you’re free to stay as long as you want, within opening hours.

Yes!
✅ Flat paths throughout the park are suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.
👥 Wheelchair users should be accompanied. -
🐶 Are dogs or other pets allowed in the park?
No, sorry.
🚫 No animals are allowed in the park for the safety and well-being of the monkeys. -
🧺 Is there a picnic area?
Yes!
🍽️ A picnic area is located at the park entrance.
🌧️ Please note: all tables are outdoors, so plan accordingly in case of rain.
👨👩👧 Group visitors: please leave picnic bags on the bus during the visit. -
💳 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most common payment methods (cash, credit card).
❌ French-specific vouchers (ANCV, meal vouchers, etc.) are not accepted for international visitors.
